Application Guide:

• Click here to begin your application process.
• Complete all required fields on the page including setting a username and password then click SUBMIT.
  • Note, Household Income Verification Upload only needs to be completed if choosing a reduced rate pass (under 35k or 35k-60k).
• After submitting, check your inbox for an email from zieglerpark@3cdc.org via membersplash.com.
• Click on the link in the email and click on the Log In button at the top right of the page. If accessing from a mobile device, click the three lines to view the drop-down menu.
  1. Add Members: Click the three dots to the right of Members. Please remember, all members must have the same permanent address.
     1. • NOTE- BIRTHDAY LIVES IN THIS SECTION. If you are being asked to enter your birthday before completing payment, be sure you have added all information under the 'Members' section.

  3. Complete Payment: Please secure your membership by making a payment. To access the Payments screen, click on the words "PAY HERE" in the Account Summary section. Note: you will not be able to make a payment without completing any REQUIRED fields noted on the screen.

Once you have completed the required items and clicked on your dues payment, you will choose your method of payment and be taken to a second screen to check out. We accept Credit + Debit Cards: enter credit card number, expiration date and CVV. Note: Please be sure the address on file with your credit card company matches the address entered into your member account. To finalize your payment, click the "Submit Payment" button at the bottom of the screen.

Passholder Benefits: 

• Passholders enjoy unlimited access to Ziegler Pool during all pool hours
• NEW THIS YEAR: NO reservations for passholders. Walk up spaces are held back for passholders Friday through Sunday and on holidays.
• Passholders receive early access to swim lessons and safety clinics.
• Passholders receive discounts to special events like adult swim and dog swim.
• Four complimentary guest passes per-family.
• Season passes paid at market rate directly support the Everybody In financial assistance program.

Ziegler Park strives to accommodate the needs of the community with reasonable prices and great service. The Ziegler Park pool’s Everybody In program was designed to welcome all who wish to become season pass holders – guaranteeing nobody will be denied a pass based on ability to pay. To ensure that no one is excluded, the passes are offered on a sliding scale. Find your season pass rate in the chart below. Click here to complete your application process.

Quick Facts:

• Due to high demand and to prevent overcrowding, the pool will require reservations Friday-Sunday and on holidays for all non-passholders.
• No reservations Mon-Thu, no reservations for lap swim.
• Season passes are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. For safety and crowd control the number of season passes available for sale are limited.
• A season pass does not guarantee entrance to the pool in the event of closure or after-hours event.
• All purchases are final.
