2025 Workout Schedule:
May – August
5 – 6p | Yoga with Embra Studio
Join Embra Studio for a refreshing outdoor yoga class where we’ll explore foundational yoga postures to align, strengthen, and increase flexibility in the body. This class focuses on full-body relaxation and balance as we move through a series of standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers, all while connecting with the natural surroundings. Come enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and rejuvenate your body and mind!
6 – 7p | Motivational Fitness with Martasha Colvin
Centered around strengthening and toning. Mixing in some cardio and stretching for warm-ups as well.
September – October
5 – 6p | Pilates with Body Alive
Pilates is a method of exercise which utilizes specific movements to strengthen, stretch, and balance the body. With a primary focus on abdominal and core strength, Mat Pilates classes include a number of core-targeted sequences to not only create muscle tone, but also to stabilize other major muscle groups. This 45-minute full-body workout is an upbeat, music based class- come prepared with a mat and get ready to sweat!
