SEASON PASSES

Please review the steps below before completing your 2025 New Member Application.

Instructions below are for new members, if you held a pass in 2024, please check your primary account email for renewal instructions or scroll to the bottom of this page and expand the 'Returning Passholder instructions' section.

Step 1: Register for Membersplash by clicking here

  • Complete all required fields on the page including setting a username and password then click SUBMIT.
    • Note: Household Income Verification Upload only needs to be completed if choosing a reduced rate pass (under 35k or 35k-60k).
  • After submitting, check your inbox for an email from zieglerpark@3cdc.org via membersplash.com.
  • Click on the link in the email and click on the Log In button at the top right of the page. If accessing from a mobile device, click the three lines to view the drop-down menu.

Step 2: Add Members

  • Click the three dots to the right of Members. A family is defined as parent(s) or guardians and dependent children living in the same household. Please remember, all members must have the same permanent address.
  • NOTE- BIRTHDAY LIVES IN THIS SECTION. If you are being asked to enter your birthday before completing payment, be sure you have added all information under the 'Members' section.
  • Add Emergency Contact

Step 3: Complete Payment

  • Please secure your membership by making a payment. To access the Payments screen, click on the words "PAY HERE" in the Account Summary section.
  • Note: you will not be able to make a payment without completing any REQUIRED fields noted on the screen.
  • Once you have completed the required items and clicked on your dues payment, you will choose your method of payment and be taken to a second screen to check out.
  • We accept major Credit + Debit Cards: enter credit card number, expiration date and CVV. Note: Please be sure the address on file with your credit card company matches the address entered into your member account. To finalize your payment, click the "Submit Payment" button at the bottom of the screen.

Once you have paid, your account is live, please stay tuned for more information coming from us via email closer to pool opening.

As part of the Everybody In program, Ziegler Park is accepting donations from both individuals and foundations to help cover the cost of season passes for families who cannot afford to pay the full rates. If you would like to make a tax-deductible donation to the Everybody In program, complete the form below.
